Return and Exchange Policy
Returning an Item:
- Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unmarked, and in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
- The item must not be listed under “Non-returnable Items” (see below).
How to Process a Return:

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Contact Customer Service at @info@plandocsusa.com to request an RMA.

Make sure items are securely packed for return shipping. Plandocs USA, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

After processing the return, a refund or credit will be issued within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
Return Fees:
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If the return is due to an error by Plandocs USA, Inc., we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable Items:
- Samples, Expired Products, Discontinued Items, and Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
Handling Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, contact Customer Service immediately to file a claim.
Exchanging an Item:
- For exchanges, request an RMA number and follow the return instructions. Once the exchange is approved, you can place a new order or, for faster service, place a new order as soon as you request the RMA.
International Orders:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees. Plandocs USA, Inc. is not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs authorities.
Important Reminder:
All items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unmarked condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
